
Coaching Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At Melissa Martin Coaching, we respect your time and commitment to the coaching process. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, we have established the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:

1. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a session with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled session time without penalty.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will result in a full charge for the session or a deduction from the prepaid package.

In case of a no-show (failure to attend a session without prior notice), the session will be charged in full with no refund or reschedule option.
2. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled time.

Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will be treated as a cancellation, and the session fee will be forfeited.

Sessions must be rescheduled within 10 days of the original appointment, subject to availability.
3. Emergency Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unforeseen situation (e.g., illness, accident), please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.
4. Refunds & Prepaid Packages

Coaching sessions and packages are non-refundable.

If a session is canceled within the allowed time frame (24+ hours in advance), the session may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
